Joshua Ehrlich, MD, has been awarded a Heed Fellowship for his proposed work on the evaluation of functional status for patients with low vision due to peripheral field loss. 

The Heed Foundation’s mission is to encourage and support education and research in ophthalmology and the ophthalmic sciences by providing postgraduate fellowships to individuals of exceptional ability. Education and research are the cornerstones of scientific advancement.
